Sorry about this one but it is for the customer. Yes they should replace it because it is old..... have two error codes. 1-##280, and ##102. It is notfaxing to an IR 2800, we can fax to the 2800 from our 4050. the IC2220 can fax other machines any suggestions thanks in advance...

the book talks about poor lin condition for both codes.. it says to raise the outlevel in #2 menu parameter 007 so the party's machine can recievie tcf...also adjust NL equalizer in #2 menu parameter #5..also refer to #1 SSSW-SW03 for echo countermeasure.. also it talks about trying it manually just to see if it sends....hope this helps -
