E551-0002 error code on a ir105

I got a call for an error e551-0002 on an ir105. no mater what I try I can not get this message to clear. does anyone have any suggestions to fix this problem? the manual says that FM1 is faulty. which I have read is the feeder cooling fan but iv also read its the laser cooling fan. are these one of the same?
