The cassette tray does not show paper in the tray and the bypass always show paper jam when using pls help

Is the Main Motor M1 turning. M1 drives the Cassette lifter up.
--Check the on signal for the Main Motor from the DC controller @ J308, Pin 9. If the signal is present, try to turn the motor on in Part Check. COPIER>FUNCTION>PART-CHK>MTR-ON code 1 for M1. If the Main Motor does not turn on replace M1.
The part number for M1 is FH6-1846-000.
Cassette 1 and 2 both indicate to Load Paper. Both cassettes have paper installed and are not lifting up when closed.
did u check if lifting takes place ??
make sure nothing is blocking SL1 ARM

-does bypass read correct paper loaded in it
It may be necessary to enter the values for the Multifeeder in Service Mode > Adjust > CST.Perform the adjustment of the Paper Width Basic Value in Service Mode > Function CST.Next check the Multifeeder Tray Timing Belt position, it may need to be adjusted.
Note: Follow the steps below to adjust the Timing Belt position.
