why not lifting both feeding ...i changed new one feeding but ....same problem...pls ...help me ...

When you pull the tray out you have the size detection and tray closed sensors which are depressed. It aligns with the blue indicator knob on the tray. If one of them are stuck it may never see that the tray is closed and thus will not start the lift procedure. There's 5 of them for each tray.
