    [Error Code] IR5050 e000-025-003 & e000-100-0001

looks like the fuser is good and the e000-100-0001 resets and runs. They just added toner and these problems started. e000-025 looks like toner bottle motor is not working, I pulled it out and tested using "forced toner add" , the feed motor worked. Also manually fed toner in DV unit, to stop a "toner low" condition. I am mostly a Mita tech so can a good cleaning of the fuser unit take care of the E000-100-00001? I have the copier running for now but Know that it needs more work. I need the part # for the toner bottle motor.
    Thanks GAr

    E025-001
The motor is referred to by several different names in various service documentation including: Toner Supply Motor, Toner Feed Motor and Toner Stirring Motor. The part number for M9 is FK2-0813-000

E025-002 and E025-003refers to the motor M10 (Part Number FK2-0015-000). The following figure 267 shows the location of M10.

    u mean E001/

are u re-setting the code in Service Mode ?
    enter service mode through the
    > additional functions key > 2 and 8 key> additional functions, now go to Copier > Function > Clear > Error highlight 'ok" and power cycle the machine.

The actuator for the fixing inlet sensor PS51 can break or become sluggish and cause an error code E001
Check & or replace the UFR Shutter

Replacement of the Upper Fixing Roller or Fixing assembly may be required to resolve this error.

Make sure they have the correct toner.seen many times wrong toner...5050,5065,5075 takes GPR24 and 5570,6570 takes GPR17. Bottles different at left end flange. If ok and motors changed, check fuse on dcon(they open).

M10 is the motor that didn't appear to be working, and I did reset Via service error reset. The copier is running at this time and My client will get back to me if eather codes reacure. I am not sure what volume they run or how long it would take to de-tone the DV unit, so I am thinking eather problem could reacure.
