Canon ir5570 dark copy only copying Ok when printing

Please help. When I copy from glass or feeder, dark copy. When Copying say printing the logs ok. Dark copy does have print.

??????Dark when copying but ok when printing??? If so do all CCD adjustments and white level adjustments for reader in service mode or someone darkened in exposure calibration in user mode
