I was wondering if someone would kindly share the drum counter reset procedure for the IR3320i ??

Replace it and then run DPC in service mode. No rolling count on drum

You have no reason to reset the counter if you go in the service mode * 2 & 8 * counters and consumable and press 0 to reset any of the counters.(press * once and then 2 & 8 press toughter and the press * to get in to service mode and it has to be done very quick)
