good morning:
I have a problem with a machine imagePRESS C1 +, get the error code E0061-0001, 0050, 0015 ... I have already checked the computer and I changed the charge corona, the drum, the high voltage source, the MAIN PCB DC-CON, please any suggestions to fix this code

This is the description of the E061, 0050 and steps to take to resolve this error.

Description Remedy

1. Patch Potential Control Error Clean Dust Proof Glass

2. The Laser Power value reaches Check/replace the Photo Drum
the upper limit and also the patch Check/replace the Laser Assembly
contrast potential(30-40v) required
cannot be achieved.

Ensure DC Controller version of 7.02 or higher is installed.

= A missing drum shaft knob screw can cause the E061 0001.

E061 0001 error code indicates that the potential is 20V or less during initial rotation when forming an image.
Check to make sure there is no foreign matter on the Primary Corona Assembly. Check for any pieces of the old corona wire stuck in the unit causing arcing. Also make sure that the wire is properly sitting on the little wire blocks on each end of the unit.
-Suspect a problem with primary charge, grid, or pre-transfer charging bias/ could be a defective HTV1, FM2-2633-000

=E061 0015 /Laser power adjustment is not completed (no convergence within effective range).
possible fixes for this problem are: DCON Clear, Laser Unit, run DPC, Execute DPC OFST & DRM-Reset.
1) Turn the main power OFF/ON.

2) Execute the service mode (drum reset: FUNCTION > DCP > DRM-RESET).

3) In case the error occurs again. turn the main power OFF/ON once again, execute the step 1 and 2 up to 5 times.

-Replace Primary assembly, Pre-transfer corona assembly

Did u clear the error first and then run a full auto gradation.


NOTE: It is possible that an auto gradation could start while the error code exists. Therefore it is important to immediately perform the error clear as soon as the ready display comes up.

I have same problem.

Replaced side driver pcb FM2-7730 and i still waiting for kit harness (FM2-2615) and primary corona (FM2-2496) but i don't know if it help.

Just a shot in the dark: is the drum turning at all? Maybe the screw that holds the drum drive gear on the shaft is broken, this would lead to errors like yours.

prueba cambiando la unidad de LASER. puede ser el causante de dicho codigo.

In my case, the ITB Unit was shorting out to the drum. The ITB Belt ( FL2-2584-000)and the Primary Transfer Roller ( FC6-1545-000) were replaced to resolve the issue.
