[Error Code] IR ADV 7055 Errorcode 197-0100!

I have a machine 7055 with the problem e197-0100 .
The copier is displaying an error code of e197 -0100 ,copier can not use,like picture!
Help me solve the problem !!Thank you

E197-0100 error code -
Serial communication error

serial communication error with the Fixing Feed Driver PCB.
1. Check the connection between the Fixing Feed Driver PCB (J1550) and the DC Controller Interface PCB
(J1214).
2. Replace the DC Controller Interface PCB.
3. Replace the Fixing Feed Driver PCB

that e197 is a tough code to pinpoint -----------
in service log do u see any more e197 codes ?? with different sub-codes

E197 -0100 -05 Title Serial communication error

Description of detection = Serial communication error in ASIC

Measures= Laser Interface PCB issue

1. Check the harness between the Scanner and the Video Board

2. Replace the Scanner Board

3. Replace the Video Board

E197-0100 error code would come up at start up. This is an error in communication with the laser interface.

Tech has replaced the video board and main controller 2 and still has the issue.
Had tech check for 24V on J5600 pin 1. He would get 24v for a few seconds and then it would drop to 0V. Had tech remove all loads from the laser power supply and still would loose the 24V.

Workaround :
In this case replacing the UN7 Relay PCB (FM3-9578-000) resolved the issue.
