    Canon i-Sensys MF4780w Problem

    Hello

I have a small problem that has arised ..

The other Day, i was changing the toner in my Canon MF4780 and a small piece fell out but i don't know where the part comes from ..

Please observe the pictures below ..

Now what the printer gives me is an error that reads :

"Turn The Main Power OFF-ON E100-0001"

Any ideas how to resolve this will be greatly appreciated ..

well as for the error the description is "Error detection on any of scanner motor, laser unit, and BD detection at scanner area" with the appointed remedy as "When the same error repeatedly occurs after several times of turning the power OFF/ON, execute the following remedies.(1) Replace the Laser Scanner Unit.
      (2) Replace the Engine Controller Board.."
as for the part it looks like one of the fittings that guides the cartridge to the right position inside probably on the bottom, check to see, there's probably another one not equal but similar, as for the SM it's about 180mb so send me a PM with a dropbox link and i can send it to you
