IR2270 feeder only runs 2-sided

Have an ir2270 that runs every document through as 2-sided in the feeder. If you actually select 2 sided, it runs the original through the feeder 4 times. Customer has had this copier for several years and it just started happening. Any ideas?

Yes we have initialized both common and copy settings.

Going on memory here but I believe it's in sm level 2 copier/option/user.Find scn slct and change to either 0

Perform the following in Service Mode, to have the Feeder scan the original once for single sided copy.

Service Mode...LEVEL TWO:
COPIER > OPTION > BODY > SCANSLCT > set to "0"

Thanks so much, that worked! Not sure how is got changed, they had the copier for over 2 years before it started happening.
