[Misc] Importing address book into IR ADV C5235i

When we have installed a new machine into a customer with an existing ir machine, we have always exported the address book from the old machine and then imported it in to the new machine, all via the RUI.

In the past couple of weeks we have done a lot of ir adv c2200 and c5200 series installs at different customers and although we can export the address book from the old machines the new ones will not let us import - just keeps saying file error.

Any one else having this problem?

Hmmm... very odd. Not sure where i am going wrong. Are you inputting the password before you export?

Thanks - like you this is what we have been doing for years, yet suddenly it won't let us import. Different machines, different customers, different networks!

COPIER/OPTION/CUSTOM/ABK-TOOL...when set to "1" allows import from address book maintenence tool
