    Clearing HDD on Canon Imagerunner

I don't work on Canon machines, but I'm going to do an install that will require me to clear the hard drive on a Canon Image Runner 3350 or 3380. Please accept my apologies if I have the model incorrect. Since I've never see this machine, what can you offer in the way of suggestions?
I can find my way around a menu, so if I have to do something on the control panel, that won't be a problem.

    Thanks for any help!

If you want a factory default you'll need to run a Add functions > System settings > initialize all data. That'll wipe everything and put it back to factory default. If you want to physically nuke the hard drive you'll need a recent copy of SST as well as the applicable hdformat file

If I just run the "Add Functions/System Settings/Initialize all data", will that delete potentially sensitive material off the HDD? My customer is replacing the machine and needs the HDD completely unrecoverable.
