    irc3220 copier panel by deleting

    hello people, I have a irc3220 this appearing an interesting problem! at the time that the machine is ready to copy when I press the start, it erases the panel and is as if warming up, but nothing appears on the display and it does not stop working! then have to switch it off and on again and sometimes the problem and sometimes not! if anyone has any idea thank you very much!

      Loose connection in the UI if it's printing fine it's receiving all the necessary voltages. Is the backlight going out or the entire screen black 100%?

          hi Mardso,

          I would have to say that I agree with Northern. It appears there might be a loose connection in the UI or on the control panel.

          Like he said does it just dim or is the whole screen going off??

              the screen goes blank, it does not appear anything but the backlight stays on
