Probably a torn Fixing Film, need to replace Fixing Film Assy - FM2-1812-000 (230V) or FM2-1793 (120V) or FM2-1792 (100V).

Pressure Roller - FC5-7207-000.

Heatsink Cleaning Roller - FB5-4931-000.

e007 is the unit is unable to detect the fixing film rotating. Chances are it's exactly what canonbuddy said. It may also just be the white strip on the fixing film is dirty. Generally I always replace the fixing film when this code pops up but I feel the pain that management is putting on the tech's to save money by reducing parts usage (which is retarded but it is what it is)

Take a look at pressure bushings,after changing the parts.Usualy the one on gears side wears first and can do problems in short time after troubleshoot
