Please i want to know how to clear the print/copy job log in ir 3245 and another problem the feeder displays the message "load paper A3 in the drawer although i want to copy A4 " your help very important

1.- You have to format all the HDD in order to clear the job logs. Use the Service Support Tool, reinstall the System Software also.
2.- Check the recollection mechanism.
