[Electrical] Canon IR2016i keeps rebooting

Customer has a Canon IR2016i that once turned on, the panel starts up normally, goes thru the start-up screens, but when it gets to the ready screen, it reboots. This happens repeatedly in a reboot loop.
How should I approach this problem?

hi maybe you should update the firmware...(firtly rom secondly system and finaly language in this order.)

I suggest you eliminate the machine"sleep mode" in the user mode.

Reseat ram,rom,etc on controllers..ram clears...unplug it then plug it back in for starters
