Canon ir2018

Dear all ,

i have a canon IR2018 at my client and its connected on the network and its print and copy in a very good condition ,but i faced a problem which is the Scanner is not detecting on scan gear ,i tried all the ways and still not respond :/

i installed the latest Scan Gear Driver
also i made all Clear ,i changed the PC :/ same problem

Assuming you are using windows 7 PCs, is it a 32 or 64 bit version? devices meant for a 32bit version tend not to work well in a 64 bit windows. The scan driver version u installed must match that of the windows; and I think there's some configuration to be done.

try with this http://www.irfanview.com/ it contain twain32 and it is possible to scan wit this,
or You can try this http://www.pdfarchitect.org/ all you need is to activate free version of program with e-mail, you will receive serial key and voila....you can start scanning
