Symptom
When powering on the main engine of the iR5075/5065/5055 an error code of E732-0001 is displayed. Entering service mode under Copier > Option > Body > W/SCNR and setting from 1 to 0 allows the iR5075/5065/5055 to power on and come to ready.

Cause
The cause of the E732-0001 code was a lack of 13 volts to the interface PCB from the 13 Volt converter PCB.

Action
Replacement of the 13 volt converter PCB (FM2-9869-000) was required to resolve the E732-0001 error code.

hi guys i also have the same problem and already replaced this 13 volts converter pcb but it still gave e732-0001. i'v replaced the dc controller, the main cont. the harness from converter pcb to scanner pcb. and also the connector between main cont and scanner but no luck. can any body help me what i suppose to do next. please im thinking maybe i try the power supply to replaced.,

Replace the Accessory Power Supply PCB (FK2-3476-000)


In the imageRUNNER 5055 both the Finisher AD1 and AD2 along with the DADF the imageRUNNER 5055/5065/5075 receive power from the Accessory Power Supply.

In troubleshooting of E732-0001 error code,
the first check was to verify the presence of 24v & 13v at J301 of the Interface PCB. NO 24v or 13v was detected at J301. These voltages are generated from the Converter PCB, the general circuit diagram describes this pcb as a DC-DC PCB. Check to see if J6 is outputting the 24v & 13v, if no voltage is measured, check for 24v at J5. The 24v is an input to J5 from the Accessory Power Supply. To generate DC voltage out from the Accessory Power Supply, AC voltage and a Remote voltage must be present. In this occurrence, AC voltage was measured at J3501 and a Remote voltage of 2v was present at J3502 of the Accessory Power supply. Replacing the Accessory Power Supply, part number FK2-3476-000 resolved the E732-001 error code.







Canon Case Noted :
replacing the Memory PCB in the Reader unit and the pair of flat ribbon cables that run from the Reader Controller PCB to the Interface PCB and the Memory PCB cleared out the error code of E732-0001 from occurring to resolve the service issue.

The part number for ordering and replacing the Memory PCB in the Reader unit is FM3-4436-000.

The part number for ordering and replacing the pair of Flat Ribbon cables that plug into J202 and J203 on the Reader Controller PCB is FL2-5812-000.
