    IR C5250

Why would the Canon IR C5250 (100K on machine), just after a Cyan toner was replaced, give the message again to replace the cyan toner hours later and again the next day a couple of times. The customer has pulled toner out and reinstalled it each time this message has come on. Has there been any issues with the seal not opening enough or defective toner problem. Thanks for any suggestions.

could be a DCON clear issue
Toner door sensor might be defective or loose on the frame
More than likely you have a broken gear on the toner set assembly though.
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.
