Ir 3300

I have IR 3300 Previously i am able to use IR 3300 to print documents from my computer. But due to some error i reset the RAM (Service mode Additional function 1 7 +3 9 additional function [95] and reset the ram. The machine start working but now everything changes to jap.. language and the printer setting is also disappeared and i am not able to print from my computer. I set the ip address on the copier and the comp[uter and i am able to print vice versa but not able to print Please guide me how to change the language to english.(Previously every think working ok that means all the needed hardware is there in the copier)
I chk the Rom version it is Boot:26.44_N Bootable :11.02_jaen

Also under Copier > Display > Version check the number for PS/PCL. If this is blank then you don't have printer drivers installed on the copier. You will need to get a technician to come out and upgrade the firmware on the machine.


So please Provide the firmware guide me how to update the Firmware.

PS/PCL is a multi pdl print kit c1. You can have a Network boot rom but you also need the kit in order to print.

You were in factory service mode. Thats a nono unless you know what you are doing....no reason you should have been there for service purposes. Did you do RAM clears in normal service mode? Somewhere under OPT or FUNC is configuration...set to correct market..

Previously i am able to take print out's that means all the necessary hardware is installed. I think ii need PS/PCL software to get installed in the copier.
can u please provide the PS/PCL software plus the english firmware that supports N bootrom
