canon 5050 color problem!

i've problem with canon 5050 , displaying this message (error color correction off register) and it print the red color 2times !!

the machine you have a problem is it a LBP5050 printer or a copier?

i know that but he only says a canon 5050 and that could mean a CLC 5050 and, so i had to ask lol, for those the only remedy is to flash with the updated firmware 1.03 if i'm not mistaken, and change a bunch of cartridges if they have been built for some time
