check toner cartridges whether they all work normally;
Maybe toner cartridges are not genuine . I have experience with the same Miscellaneous.

the costumer was said me he making the compatible toner cartridge cause we not find the original ..please any idea ....you can best assisted if you joint my skype account ..: zahroun19

well always we not solve this problems ...please we need help ..if we trying to do a correction of colors it have this message ...error of correction for colors off registry ...any idea ...

Take out the ITB and give a good clean on sensors,inspect for wear.
You said that the customer had not genuine cartridges...for that take a look if the cartridges are in good condition pc's,mechanical functionality and toner layer on the developing rubber rollers.
