i change the devolper sensor , hopper sensor , and change toner type

but not help

Usually the Wiper that cleans the surface of the Dev Sensor is worn or missing, or there is excess Toner on the Sensor connector causing a short and false reading - clean or replace all of the above.

hi Adel,

1- Remove the hopper ass`y from the M/c and make sure that there is no strange object clogged in the toner supply mechanism
2- Open the developing ass`y upper cover and take away some toner from it
3- Reassemble the M/C and try to make toner-supply and see if the toner bottle rotates normally

some times it`s the dc controller

E024, developing assembly connector disconnection! You may need to check for loose or improper contact of the wires between dev unit and dc controller. Intermittent problems in machines are usually the results of poor contact.
