IRA8105

Hi, Folks!
l have a problem with canon ira 8105, appears black lines in mode print and copy ,thru glass or dadf, in lead edge direction paper A4, the firmware is in the last version
l made change drum, cleaner blade of drum , transfer belt unit , l check fuser unit, l change development unit, change primary charger, pre-transfer charger. please somebody can help me?thanks in advance.

The Laser in the new ADV B/W mashines are "white writing", so a soiled mirror or dust cover glass will result in black lines/areas. maybe you should have a closer look at the laser area.

do you have any samples can post here ?
is sub-direction black lines or main-direction black lines ?
different direction black lines have different recommend~


i see you change parts of almost possible ,
but you say you check fuser unit ,
check is you have replace it to check issue, but no solved,
or you no replace , just see some thing ~

both mode of copy and print have the same black line issue ,
this mean that reader is normally , problem is on printer ,
my experience ,
almost black lines appear in sub direction ,
especially fixing roller was not easy discovered ,
this kind of this roller quality of material is very bad ,
like fixing film ,
after used 150,000 a4 , the surface of fixing roller will be a lot of scratches ,
if user made a printout ,
black lines might be appear on the copy paper by these surface scratches ,

so i suggest you can try to swap fuser unit ~

Pull out the laser and clean the light path...fluff hanging in the way. I have had to do this on a few 6075s also
