GP225 conver to english problem

i have a software for converting GP 215 to english, this have been working very good.
but when i tried to convert GP 225, the copier started to have problem like printing blur copy. i have tried it on 3 machine all having the same problem. Got any solution? do i need a different software? thanks in advance.
