Canon IRA C5051, Magenta & Cyan BLurry

Hi all,

I can't seem to find the answer how to correct this in my SM.

I have a canon IRA C5051 that is printing the colors Cyan and Magenta blurry (sort of double exposure).

Any help on resolving this will be greatly appreciated

So far I have taken the ITB out and disassembled it, cleaned the ITB (both inside and out)and all rollers.

Ran full auto adjust graduation from settings/ registration/ maintenance/ adjust image quality.

Still have the Magenta and Cyan offset a little on color copies.

Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I just noticed this old post, and wondered if you had managed to solve the problem?
