I will be picking up some ir3235 3245's but all are missing hard drives so I'm going to have to install. I have the support tool, but have never flashed these....are these done through the USB port? I need to get the software and I'm supposing there are "i" series and standard software?

Finally found info in the sstool manual. Looks like this model can be upgraded through flash drive. Anybody have recommendations on software for this series......I don't see that I have this particular one? Thanks!
