but i wonder if the same steps you wrote can make to scan directly to pc also !!
You mean push scanning or pull? Pull scanning is extremely old school and it's directional, meaning you won't be able to print/fax while the scanner is online. When you go to create an address book entry ( as long as the applicable send license is indeed installed on the unit ) you can drop the type to SMB and you'll be able to browse the network. I do not recommend at all doing it the scanner way but that's me

sorry for my explanation yea my costumer requested a pull scan but the machine is I version should i get license ? how the steps ?
Ah gotcha. Ok well you'll need to install the scangear driver. This is basically a twain over ethernet interface. Once loaded you hit the discover button from within scangear and it should find your device. They'll need some sort of PDF writing application. Also take note that they will not be able to print/fax/copy during the time that the scanner is online.

bk again u misunderstand me or i didnt explian the idea in a good way ,i know the scan gear and everything on it ,my question was how to send a document from the copier directly to pc ,not to use the scanner online and go to pc's to scan from acrobat reader ,once i saw my client configure to send to a shared folder directly from copier to pc's
