Please tell me there is hope, We installed a Cannon 2022 at customers site and sent a tech to adjust reception ring delay time, Auto RX-006 sw. Well somethimg else was changed and now machine can only transmit, When transmitting to unit there is no responce from unit, phone line just rings, and there is nothing happening with unit. When unit is called with cell or land line all we get is ringing. Unit was working great prior to tech arriving, The change we were trying to do was at customers request. Is there any way of restoring machine to default fax settings. Thanks a million.

Check to see if auto recieve is turned on.
Look in the Operators manual.Why do they call it common sense?
If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it? -
