Hello ...we have error code E100 in ir1018 ...we changing all drum unity by another new ..but no solution l trying programming clear ...and clear all sensor but no result ..please ..maybe l should be upgrading her software please help ...

E100 is a laser problem


Problem :E100 indicating a BD PCB fault

Cause :Twisted laser shutter.

Solution :Remove laser unit, takeoff the shutter and re-form it. Replace and test

Its unlikely firmware will fix this.
