[Misc] White lines on copies

Hello
I have ir5570 which giving white lines on print copies in order to solve this I have changed all corona wires and magnet roll and also cleaned drum unit and prints are coming fine up to 500 prints after 500 prints the problem ( white lines on prints ) started again pls suggest solutions

Did you replace the grid on the primary or just the corona's?

Which mag roller? Did you replace dv cylinder?

You said that after 500 prints the white lines appear, try to miss feed the paper after the white lines appear and check the DV unit. Maybe when the DV stir the toner there is some dried toner or any foreign object inside it.

I've also seen the plastic seal on top cover of dv unit drag on cylinder causing lines but I would think it would happen sooner than 500 copies. What do you do to get the copies good for another 500?
