    imagepress C1 and ceramic toner

I plans to open new direction of decal (ceramic) printing. I have imagepress C1 and as I know thats great for this. But I never rebuild copiers/printers for ceramic toner early. As I understand I need new set of CMYK ceramic toner and starter (developer). I must make full replacement standard toner and starter by ceramic and make initialization. And after uses new color profile. Please let me know If I must do anything else.

U must have imagePRESS Server .After replacement proccedure U must to create new color profile ,To create u need to print calibration sheet and need to scan that sheet with (I dont know model) scanner to save that color profile in your workstation. And thats all.

Ok, I have ImageServer Q2 with my C1.

I suppose the conversion process is the following:

      1. Clean toner cartridges and fill them with new toner.
      2. Clean up toner hoppers and toner supply ducts.
      3. Since C1 utilizes carrier refreshment system, which discharges deteriorated carrier, and your toner is likely does not have carrier particles, seal the development units' refreshment windows to prevent decreasing developer concentration.
      4. Clean up development units and fill them up with new developer.
      5. Clean up waste toner from drum cleaning unit and ITB cleaning unit.
      6. Clean up waste toner duct (?)
      7. Perform initial installation of new developer.
      8. Print out one tile with densitometer patches and perform calibration.

Please inform me if there is anything else to add or exclude from this list (e.g. adjust transfer voltages, etc).
