    Canon IR 2016 Network issue

It must be my month for dodgy 2016 probs.
We have a networked 2016 that seems to have taken a bolt during a power cut.
The copier works fine but the customer cannot print to it.
None of their settings have changed and the address is fine, their IT dept have done what they can on their end.
We have been there and checjked it out even reloaded the software from the beginning.
But none of this worked we tried cables etc, so it's looking like the network board. Before going to the expense of buying another card does anyone have any other ideas of what to try.
    Cheers.

Hi , sounds like the network card, but if it was a power cut or a power surge then the customer can claim on insurance for the cards (J1+J2). But the price of the cards if available would almost write it off. One last thing, whatever you do dont get Tony to look at it!!!!

Try pinging the machine or printing from your laptop with a crossover cable.
Like the United States Postal Service It's a miracle it works!
