    ir4570 DADF-N1

    Hi all,need help.
For ir4570 dadf cannot scan for more than 4 copies, will automatic stop and cause the machine hang and jam and occur error code e732.
If i try to run the dadf using adjutment/cleaning from additional function, scan the paper untill last copies the dadf still running ,pick up roller cannot back to home position and it cannot stop automaticaly.I/O display check ,all sensor ok.
    Any idea?
    Thank you in advance.

Assuming your voltages are all correct.
    1. Re-insert the connector J1014 ( reader wire harness for DDI communication) on the Main controller PCB.

    2. If the symptom still occurs, pull the memory and DIMM connected to the main controller PCB (J1004) and the DC controller PCB (J381).Clean the contacts with a clear rubber erasure and re-insert the DIMM connected to the main controller PCB (J1004) and the DC controller PCB (J381).

    3. If the symptom still occurs, replace the Reader Controller PCB with a new one. FG3-3765-000 = Reader Controller PCB Assembly

At Reader Controller the silver side of cable should be visible, on Main Controller the blue side of the cable should be visible.

      do u have a sub-code shown ?

probably a connector issue (usually main culprit on e732's)

        Sorry for the late reply.
Yesterday finding was the dadf problem.Exchange with another unit dadf and the machine was funtioning well.Take the problematic feeder to another machine again same problem.
I think of dismantle the whole dadf unit for duplicate and cleaning .

          Solved the problem.
Dismantle the whole unit ,cleaning and replace the registration ,reader, reverse sensor unit with wiring, solve the problem.
          Thank you .
