Open front cover, pull out the drums, there's on screw on the left cover that you remove and the whole cover slides forward, from there you have a metal bracket and 3 connectors to remove and the entire laser will come out on your hands. I've gotten used to it I don't use the cleaning wands that come with the machine as it takes me less time to pull the laser and cleaning the glass on them.
