I have a customer with an ir3035 that keeps getting jam code 0107 but only when using tray 2. I removed the damper pad from registration flag (learned from a previous nightmare) and replaced all feed tires. Next step is to replace that feed unit but wanted to know if there are other suggestions. They have 4 trays, all are set for Letter, only tray 2 is jamming, unit only has 50k copies on it. We just installed this copier so customer isn't very happy.

Will more than likely be one of two things. Sensor arm actuator on cassette number 1 is worn down. Or make sure you have the modified rhs door and vertical roller assembly fitted. -

if the vertical path rollers are black they'll need to replaced as well. FB6-4852-000 New ones are grey and the performance is much better than the black one. You can verify this by cleaning the black roller and if it feeds well for a couple days until it gets caked with paper dust again.Comment

Vertical path rollers are the newer gray ones and rhd mod was installed. We put a new feed unit in tray 2 and are hoping for the best!Comment

the white piece that releases the pressure on the fuser, does it click into place? If it's loose it can not apply pressure correctly. You can tell this if the lead edge of the paper is in the fuser.Comment
