Unusual Duplex Jamming on Canon IR5065

Listen to this Guys!
I have a Canon IR5065 that with pass all sizes of paper through duplex tray EXCEPT 8.5x11 shortway.
it will jam going into duplex tray every time.
Any help would be appreciated due to this was my last call of the day and had to incomplete then call because I can't believe it!

1-Is this from all trays tested with LTR Short side loaded
2-Tested on glass doing single to two-sided ?
3-Assume u have no issues with DF paper size recognize ?
4-Jam code ? is the same > & location of jam is constant ?
