Ir advance booklet finisher c1 error 1FA1

Hi got this finisher that's throwing up this error intermittently. It may do 20 booklets fine then on the next set errors.

Checking the jam history there's also a few 1FA2 but its mainly 1FA1 codes. I have checked and cleaned PI18,PI19,PI20 all seem ok The springs on the sensor levers were glued which I havent seen before but this may be standard. Knowledgebase mentions reseating all connections on booklet controller pcb which I have done.

    Any ideas?

only thing I have in navi is
The problem has been resolved by reseating the connectors on the saddle stitch controller PCB.
The part number to the PCB is FM4-1857-000

1FA1 jam code when using the Saddle Stitch option.

The problem can be caused by a combination of parts in the Saddle Stitch unitbeing either broken or just getting knocked out of place.
To start, open the front covers and pull out the saddle stitch staple unit.
Next remove the rear covers and look for the white linkage in the center of the image below.
The C shaped linkage is key # 52 on figure L50, it is attached to SL4, key #80 on figure L50.

All parts listed are from figure L50 in the Staple Finisher-C1/Booklet Finisher-C1parts catalog. SL 4 moves a shaft key # 60, that is attached to the white arm key # 53, that has a long spring , key # 110 attached to it.
It is possible that the linkage is not in the correct position or the parts attached to the shaft SL 4 moves are damaged.

In the image below the long spring can be seen.

The shaft, key # 60 has some long black pads attached to it. These pads, key #77
make contact with the gray rollers in the image below.

When SL4 is activated the two black pads compresses the paper against the gray rollers so the paper moves. When this jam code is occurring the coupling, Key # 41, that attach's the two black pads to the shaft could come out of place or be broken.

The following images are from figure L50 of the Staple Finisher-C1/Booklet Finisher-C1 parts catalog. In this image several parts mentioned are shown.
The long spring key #110 is shown, the white arm that connects to the spring and the shaft is key # 53. The shaft is key # 60, and SL 4 is key # 80. The linkage attached to SL 4 is key # 52.

In the image below the black pads are shown as key # 77.

In some cases key # 41 pops out of the shaft which is key # 60 and causes the problem. In other cases the C shaped linkage attached to SL 4 has broken.

The part number to key # 41 is FB3-7927-000, roller back up, quantity = 2.
The part number for key # 52 is FB3-7972-000, link, Roller,1.
The part number for key # 53 is 4A3-4207-000, link, roller.
The part number for key # 60 is FB4-9019-020, shaft, cam, this part has been revised to this new number.
The part number for key # 77 is FF5-8647-050, holder roller, quantity = 2.
The part number for key # 80 is FH6-5090-000, solenoid, SL4.
The part number for key # 110 is FS7-2163-000, spring, tension.
