IRA2020H with White spots on prints and copies

Hello everyone, I have a problem in canon iRA2020H when making copies or prints white spots appear. cleaned Transfer belt & Laser unit. Cyan Drum unit life is 120. done auto gradiation & auto color adj. please check attachment of PG10.

Hate to say it but I would change the drums first, I have never had a drum in these turds go to 100% of life.

You did not clean laser mirrors. You can clearly see that octagon mirror is dirty. Magenta and yellow missing one side and black, cyan missing on the other side.

Yes, agreed probably toner sitting on top of the laser glass, need to either use the magic wand or remove the laser unit and clean.

Out of interest I have not seed a IRA2020H model - is it for asia?V

No I have seen a few, the reason they are less popular is they don't have hard drives.

Easier and less time to pull the laser out and clean it than dick around with that mickey mouse "cleaning" wand.

I thought the crappy version of the crappy IRA 2000 series was the 'L' model, I cant find the H version on canon's website?

Northern Life, ref removing laser unit for clean and not using the JEDI cleaning wand - can you outline the quick as procedure, SM has a lengthy procedure...
