hi i have this machine by mark canon ir 2016 that is giving this message enter dept ID. please some help will be grateful tanks for your consent.

go to Diagnostic then clear pwd . the machine will not require log in ID& PW. -

#CLEAR
PWD = Use it to clear the system administrator's password.
1) Press the following keys to display the service mode screen:
Additional Functions Key > #2 Key then> #8 Key > then Additional Functions Key
2) Select "# CLEAR" using the + or - key, and then press the OK key.
3) Select "PWD" using the + or - key, and then press the OK key.**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**
