    [Error Code] E540-001

Hi!, I have an intermittent error of E-540-001. According to Mr. Jim Intravia Tray lift motor sensor problem. I Clean the sensor near the motor and the sensors which is in one small board if im not mistaken it is four sensor in that one small board in both tray. Sometimes it is easily reset but sometimes even multiple reset the problem does't go. Do i miss something? any suggestion is highly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

        u mean E540-8001

example ----torque limiter is opposite the lifter motor.

Check if one or both of the torque limiters in the Tray Drive Assembly has become bound up. If one or both of the torque limiters has become bound up, they should be replaced. The part number for the Torque Limiter is FB4-8339-020.
