[Misc] IRA C5255 Misaligned Pages in Finisher

Hey all,

I am having an issue with an IRA C5255 where it will not align the pages in the finisher.

They are coming out way off of alignment.

I attached a pic for you all to see.

Any ideas why it might be doing this and how I can fix it??

Either the paddle has a defect or it losts it's swing plate reference.

on finisher controller bits 1,2,5,7,8 to on
turn main power on,
press sw103 on finisher pcb to put the swing in home position and once more to prepare for adjustment
to apply more pressure you press sw101 to lower the swing rollers by .2mm
and sw102 to raise it.
Lower it until you feel a decent pinch between the rollers and then sw103 to save the adjustment.
Been getting a lot of these lately for some odd reason.

With these advance machines there is another way to adjust the pressure of the exit rollers on the finisher

service mode sorter >

SW-UP-RL Adj of Swing Roller falling pstn: Fin-C1
Lv.1 Details To adjust the Swing Roller fall position.
As the value is incremented by 1, the Swing Roller fall position
moves downward by 0.2mm.
Use case When paper fails to be transported to the Processing Tray and
misalignment occurs
Adj/set/operate method Enter the setting value (switch negative/positive by -/+ key) and
press OK key.
Display/adj/set range -17 to 33
Unit mm
Default value 0
