irc 2880 error e003-02

I only have one of these units in the field and I have no spare parts to test with. Copier shuts off after about 30 seconds sometimes the e003-02 error displays sometimes the screen goes blank and nothing is displayed. Tried sim reset numerous times no luck so before I buy a fuser unit just wanted to ck if there is something else to check thanks for replys.

Greetings. Maybe the problem is in the switch of the door does not act properly. I attached picture.

I have had this myself on a few IRC 2380i, ended up being the lower white plastic door hinge supports;

Easiest thing to check is the side door not closing correctly, take a read through this thread;

I would then remove the fuser and visually inspect, look for ease of rotation first

Actuator plate was the problem, slightly bent and not actuating SW3. Thanks for the replies.
