Canon IR7105 DADF Q1

I am having problems with my DADF Q1 of IR7105.
I had problems with feed rollers and after that paper was misfed because of cover preasure mechanism and i fixed it.(just mechanical problem)
Now it takes papers from feed and at the last page it stops right here :

I did a SENS-INIT in service mode, changed the sensor where the paper stops,but nothing new.
Have you experienced before a problem like this?

Did u do the SENS-INIT correctly-

1-procedure is to turn on bit 1, 4 and 6 on the DADF controller DIP switch SW1.
2-Place a solid black letter size copy face down in the original tray so that the green original present light is off.
3-Press push switch SW2 on the DADF controller.
4-When the LED indicates 0, press SW2 on the DADF controller and turn all SW1 bits to off.



When Using the Feeder, the Last Sheet is Stopping at the Exit Rollers
No jam code on the display or log.


To resolve the issue, replace the Delivery Motor M5 (FG6-2779-040), and the Delivery Motor Clock Sensor PI11 (WG8-5593-000).

I have the service manual of Q1, and Motor M5 is working well and PI11 is also working well i think because only last page stops in the middle.

The code from Jam is :
"0091 user DF open PI10 An ADF open condition has been detected while the machine is in operation"
All covers are mounted.
I put about 20 papers in ADF and start copying and papers that get out have very bad displaced images.

The oringinal one, was very good.
The PCB is tested in another ADF and another PCB from a working ADF was put to the non-working ADF and resultes were the same.
Changed a lot of sensors and motors from a working ADF but nothing.
Could firmware upgrade solve something?
