Looks to me like a bit of crap has fallen onto the laser glass, but that's only a guess, more information is needed.

          ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
CHECK YOUR INTERNAL TEST PRINTS BELOW

          Print out a PG4
          - White Line
If a white line is found in the image, suspect a fault in the developing system.

          PG4.JPG
          -----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Also do a Full Page Halftone (TYPE=PG5)

          MEMO:
          - You can print out test prints for individual colors by making the following selections in service mode:
          COPIER>TEST>PG and then COLOR-Y/M/C/K.
          - You can also change the density of the test prints by making the following selections in service mode:
          TEST>PG>DENS>Y/M/C/K.
          MAGENTA EXAMPLE BELOW
          PG5.JPG

          White Line
If a white line occurs, suspect a fault in the ITB unit, secondary transfer outside roller, or laser exposure system.
          -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
          PG10
Check for white lines associated with development on a specific color.
If a white line is found in a specific color, suspect a fault in the development system, transfer system and drum of that particular color
