    ---------------------------;/

    u mean the Serial # & Model ?

    hit the counter check button
look in lower portion of screen
bottom left corner of the display will show the serial number, the iR model and the version series.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    if not seen
    some printers have it disabled--
Check in service mode to see if this feature has been disabled. COPIER > OPTIONS > USER > CNT-DISP.
The default setting is "0", which enables the display of the serial number when pressing the counter check key. Set to "0" to enable display of serial number, set to "1" to disable.

To print the serial number (along with other information): 1. Enter Service Mode by hitting Additional Functions, 2 and 8 simultaneously, and then Additional Functions.
    2. Hit COPIER.
    3. Select FUNCTION.
    4. Select MISC-P.

    5. Select P-PRINT.
    5. Hit OK.
