imageWARE Remote Global IP Address Change Notification
The Global IP address change will affect the imageWARE Remote Web Portal, e-RDS, UGW System Linkage and Web Service Interface. In order to keep up with the growing demands for imageWARE Remote, the imageWARE Remote Server is moving into a new and advanced platform to improve the performance and availability.
To maintain the server up-time, both new and current servers will run concurrently during the migration period. Since both servers are required to be up and running in parallel, a new Global IP address will be required for the new server.
DETAILS:
Beginning April 1, 2014, the imageWARE Remote Server (UGW) IP address will be updated with a new set of IP Addresses.
The new IP address changes that will take effect on April 1, 2014 include:
• imageWARE Remote Web Portal
• imageRUNNER and imageRUNNER ADVANCE e-RDS
• Web Service Interface
• UGW System Linkage

Using CDS for firmware updates ensures that you are always using the latest versions of firmware on the devices you service thereby optimizing up-time.
