I am currently working on a canon ir 4035 and have been experiencing 1C40 jam codes when the customer staples multiple packets. I have come to the conclusion is either a paper surface sensor or the solenoid that fires the stack height detection lever. My question is " What are the part # for the Sol 1 and possibly the paper surface sensor?" Thank you.

I just found out that SOL 1 is the part #. Being I posted on this issue, once I install it I will follow up with the end result. -

Turns out the problem was sensor related I installed the new paper surface sensor and all is good.Comment
