[Error Code] Canon c1 imagepress e000020-0189

We've had an engineer out for a previous problem and has replaced nearly all existing parts to fix various problems. But this error code keeps popping up after even just 1 A4 print. The printers been offline now for a week and I'm tearing out my hair - I've tried looking on here before when we had a similar problem and recall mention of Patch sensor dirt, drum end of life or ATr sensor dirt - but the drum is new. I've tried 'casually' flipping through the service log and hinting at patch sensors and whatnot, like i don't know what I'm talking about (which is easy because I don't...) but he's still going away and the damn code keeps coming up again. Basically, my print outfit looks rubbish because we have no printer.
What could it be, and how do I mention it without looking like am annoying, interfering customer-from-hell...?

    Any advice gratefully received!

      Hi Joseph,
thanks for this - unfortunately, I don't speak Spanish... but thanks for trying!

It's been so long now, I've just turned he horrid thing off until the Canon engineer comes back.
